We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Center for Living & Rehabilitation, a premier long-term care provider in Bennington, Vermont. About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide basic nursing care to our residents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
• Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

Work closely with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Document resident care and progress accurately and efficiently

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and needs

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
