Required Skills: Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine CA Medical License (Active and Unrestricted) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting Proficiency in ventilator management, code blue response, and night procedures ACLS certification as per AHA standards Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage complex cases independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience working in a closed ICU environment Familiarity with Epic EMR system Experience working in multiple hospital facilities with credentialing at both locations Ability to perform specific procedures required during night shifts Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Previous hospitalist or nocturnist experience, ideally in a similar setting with high patient volumes and acuity Other Requirements: Availability to work 12-hour night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Willingness to travel and credential at both Irvine and Los Alamitos campuses Ability to start on June 1, 2026, with credentialing completed within 30 days We offer competitive hourly pay at $219.41/hour, comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team dedicated to your professional success.
