The George House Insurance Agency in Las Vegas, is looking for an experienced sales representative to join my team. I have put together comprehensive systems, sales tools, and straightforward training, to help you be more efficient in your position. I am looking for the right person who will be laser-focused on achieving the production goal.
Commission paid on all policies sold! Top producers will make $27-$30 an hour.

Responsibilities- Contacting new leads each day.
- Maintaining follow up through Ricochet phone system.
- Overcome objections and ask for the business.
- Complete training on sales, phone system, and quoting system.
- Licensed in Property and Casualty for Nevada is preferred
- Personal Lines License in Nevada is preferred
- Open to hands on training and feedback
- Sales mindset to close business
- Basic understanding on how to overcome objections
