Some people sell jewelry. The best people build relationships that last a lifetime. Miners Den is looking for both.

As a third-generation family jeweler, we've earned our community's trust one customer at a time, and we're looking for a Jewelry Sales Professional who wants to keep earning it. You'll help people mark engagements, anniversaries, and milestones. Then you'll stay in touch, so when the next big moment comes, they come back to you.

This role is for someone who loves people and loves to win, and here, winning pays. On top of strong hourly pay, our sales professionals earn $10,000 to $30,000 or more in commission each year, plus spiffs on special items and cash when the store hits its goal. You'll set goals, track your results, and get a little competitive with teammates who cheer each other on. If you have retail, hospitality, or sales experience, we'll help you sharpen it. If you're new to jewelry but have the drive and the people skills, we'll teach you the rest.

• Hourly pay: $20–$24 per hour, about $43,000–$52,000 a year for sales professionals working 100% on the floor.

• Commission: Earn from $10,000 to $30,000 or more each year. The more relationships you build, the more you earn.

• Spiffs: Earn extra on every special featured item you sell.

• Store goal bonus: When we hit our store goal, you get cash, with a minimum of $100.

• Build and grow your own client book. Follow up after every sale, remember the anniversaries and birthdays, and reach out before your clients even think of shopping.

• Connect with every guest who walks in, learn their story, and guide them to a piece that means something.

• Set personal sales goals, track your progress, and push yourself to beat your own best month.

• Treat a “not today” as the start of a relationship, not the end of a conversation. Stay in touch and earn the next visit.

• Work multiple guests at once without anyone feeling rushed.

• Take ownership of your results and your day. You don't wait to be told what to do.

• Bring energy and positivity to the floor, and celebrate your teammates' wins as much as your own.

• Drive: You set goals and go after them. Hitting a number feels good and beating it feels better.

• Friendly competitiveness: You like a leaderboard, and you're the first to congratulate whoever's on top this week.

• Empathy: You listen more than you talk, and you care about the person, not just the sale.

• Relationship building: You remember names and details, and people feel like they've known you for years.

• Resilience: A “no” doesn't rattle you. You bounce back quickly, stay curious, and learn from every interaction.

• Coachability: You want feedback and want to get better every month.

• Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, hospitality, or any sales role is a plus. Attitude and drive matter most.
