As a Security Officer - Part Time - Warehouse in Carol Stream IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Pay Rate: $19.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out screening procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals packages and/or personal property entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and document visitor contractor and/or delivery activity to help support authorized entry and exit.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter with duties and working conditions that may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
