Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the Nights shift. This role is crucial in providing quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Special Needs Facility.

Shift Details

Shift: Nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
Shift Length: 12 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.
Assist in the administration of medications as prescribed.
Monitor and record residents' health status and vital signs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Document care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a nursing role.
Certifications: BLS Certification is required.

Additional Information

Work week: Sunday through Saturday.
Please note that this position requires local placements; individuals should reside within an 80-mile radius.
This facility operates under a managed model.
