Schedule Options Shift: Overnight, 10‑hour shifts Delivery Area: Short Haul Regional Routes Key Responsibilities Work up to 10 hours per shift Safely operate 26' box trucks Load/unload trucks with pallet jack Utilize lift gates to load/unload deliveries Drive in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Adhere to DOT safety standards and company performance metrics Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety Operate smart devices for route navigation and delivery updates Compensation Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.75 per hour ($32.62 per hour overtime pay) Pay Raises: Regular promotions based on performance Training & Onboarding Process Phone Screening: Let's get to know you Onboarding & Offer Letter: Welcome to the team!
