Senior Graphic Designer - Creative Services (Remote)

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 38 per hourWe are looking for a strategy-minded Senior Graphic Designer to drive creative execution across social media, paid advertising, event branding, and high-stakes pitch presentations.This role balances high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on design, client consultation, and lightweight project management. Working closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams, you will transform complex corporate objectives into engaging visual campaigns across multifaceted channels.Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, St. Louis.Responsibilities: Campaign & Strategic Design: Conceptualize and execute end-to-end campaign assets for social, paid media, marketing collateral, and sponsorship event branding (including booth and environmental design). Presentation & Pitch Design: Conduct design consultations with internal business leaders and craft compelling, visually polished pitches and proposals using advanced MS PowerPoint design techniques. Concepting & Storyboarding: Build creative briefs, mood boards, and visual storyboards to guide video and animation teams on motion graphics production. Project Management: Manage project estimates, timelines, and milestones to keep deliverables on schedule and within budget. Team Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary creatives and Art Directors, providing constructive feedback in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of graphic design experience, heavily focused on social and paid media campaigns. 4+ years of total experience in a corporate, agency, or enterprise environment (e.g., professional services, financial services, consulting). Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Advanced, non-negotiable MS PowerPoint layout and design skills. Strong working knowledge of print, digital, and social platform specifications. Mindset & Soft Skills: Excellent presentation skills, high business acumen, strong self-management, and a collaborative, low-ego approach to team creative processes. Portfolio Requirements: To be considered, your portfolio must feature: Curated Case Studies: 5-6 key projects detailing the project context, creative challenge, strategic choices, and visual results. Campaign & Event Variety: Demonstrated work in social/paid media campaigns, video storyboarding, and event/sponsorship branding. Enterprise Versatility: Proof of ability to design cleanly within brand guidelines across proposals, web, presentation decks, and collateral.
