Warehouse Worker

Our client, in McCook NE , a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker , you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: McCook, NE
Pay Range: $17.27 to $18.52/hour + $1.25/hour shift differential

What's the Job?

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
