This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations. Job Duties Safely operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Clamp Trucks, and other material handling equipment. Pick, replenish, and stage inventory for customer orders. Fulfill orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies. Relocate products throughout the warehouse as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity standards. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet operational goals. Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining quality and efficiency. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse environment. Experience operating Raymond equipment required, including, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up High Reach, Clamp Truck RF scanner experience required. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in order picking, replenishment, inventory control, and product staging preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred. Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable operating material handling equipment for extended periods. Capable of handling repetitive movement and physical warehouse tasks. Must be able to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
