Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands, CA, is seeking a talented and driven full-time HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a $25 base plus commission and a full suite of benefits:

OUR IDEAL HVAC SALES CONSULTANT:
- HVAC product knowledge
- HVAC and sales experience is preferred
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Your work as a sales consultant begins with each client interaction. You arrive at their home ready to assess their needs, leveraging your strong HVAC product knowledge to recommend the best solutions. Your focus is on educating them about their options, answering their questions, and ultimately helping them make an informed decision. You are adept at turning over HVAC units, ensuring a seamless process from the initial consultation to the final sale. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on a customer's life, all while building your career and earning a great living.
Our schedule offers a stable 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday workday with weekend and on-call opportunities to earn additional income.
