About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting fundraising and capital raising initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with various investor types, and managing a pipeline of prospective investors. This role requires the preparation of investor materials, including presentations and reports, as well as the management of investor communications and updates. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, approximately 7-10 years' of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related areas, and a strong knowledge of real estate, private equity, or private markets. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Investor Relations at the company include assisting in the development of fundraising strategy, preparing investor messaging, and representing the firm at meetings, events, and conferences. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of investor materials, tracking outreach and engagement activity, and improving investor relations processes. The candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint. A high level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and a self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
