Housekeeper FullTime

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities Cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby. Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed. Respond to general inquiries from guests. Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive. Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed. Follow the IHG Way of Clean standards, which includes cleaning and servicing guest rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and public areas; making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces; restocking towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies; reporting maintenance issues or damaged items promptly; following all hotel safety and security procedures; ensuring rooms meet IHG Brand Standards before releasing them for guest arrival; paying close attention to high‑touch surfaces and overall room presentation; working efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; reporting all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager; ensuring extended stay kitchens are properly cleaned, including refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and countertops; maintaining housekeeping carts, supply closets, and cleaning equipment in an organized and stocked condition; responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner; and maintaining consistency and cleanliness standards at all times. Qualifications Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products. High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Positive attitude and strong work ethic required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow daily assignments. Strong time management skills and the ability to complete rooms efficiently. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management. Willingness to follow brand standards, including IHG Way of Clean procedures.
