Bartender

Butcher & Bee is a season-driven East Nashville eatery that opened in 2015. We are a modern, farm to table restaurant with a beverage program focused on craft cocktails, regional beers, and small production, low intervention wines. We make our own juices and simple syrups, change our selections frequently, and run a seasonal cocktail program.

We value hospitality above all else - extending it to our customers, co-workers, suppliers, neighbors, and anyone else we can. We are looking for an   enthusiastic Bartender   to round out our team and provide an excellent guest experience.

We run with two bartenders nightly, with shifts starting at 3pm and ending around 10PM - midnight. Tips and overall compensation is competitive, especially considering the lack of late night hours. Bartenders also serve guests who are dining at the bar, so you must be interested and knowledgeable in food as well as beverages to succeed in the position.

We pay weekly, enjoy free parking and daily staff meals prior to each shift, and are a growing company with opportunities for upward movement.
