Senior System Engineer

I’m working with an innovative aerospace and defense company developing mission‑critical technologies across propulsion, national security, and advanced space systems. They’re looking for a Systems Engineer with strong experience in modeling, simulation, and control systems to support high‑impact propulsion and flight control programs. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, controls, and simulation, giving you real ownership across the full lifecycle, from concept through to verification and delivery. What you’ll be doing: Developing high‑fidelity models and control algorithms Supporting simulation architecture for design, V&V, and performance analysis Working on propulsion systems, including solid rocket motors Running MonteCarlo and sensitivity studies Collaborating across GNC, software, and systems teams What they’re looking for: 7–10 years in modeling, simulation, or control systems (aerospace/defense) Strong MATLAB/Simulink or Python experience Background in dynamic systems and control theory Propulsion experience (ideally solid rocket motors) Ability to obtain or hold a DoD Secret Clearance This is a great opportunity to work on cutting‑edge aerospace programs where the impact is tangible and the engineering challenges are genuinely complex.
