About the Role: Tech Data Analyst I We are seeking a driven and analytical Technology Data Analyst I to join our Technology Planning and Analysis team within Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with partners to develop scalable assessment strategies that analyze collections of work being added to our strategic roadmap. This includes critical examinations related to cost modeling, sequencing and dependency planning, prioritization, and taxonomy buildout. What You'll Do As a Tech Data Analyst I at arenaflex, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional content experiences to audiences worldwide. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Data Integration and Modeling: Organize multiple data sources to build multivariate frameworks that support analysis and drive decisions for the organization at-large, enabling strategic planning across all departments. Dashboard and Tool Development: Create and deploy tools and dashboards for end users that power data-driven decision-making, ensuring stakeholders have access to real-time insights. Automation and Scaling: Build strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help automate and scale our operations, improving efficiency across the organization. Goal Setting and Metrics: Work with partners to establish and identify objectives; define measurable targets, key results, and meaningful metrics for the business; then ensure we track and report on them consistently. Technology Roadmap Stewardship: Be a diligent steward of our technology roadmap – communicating status and plans to partners appropriately and maintaining transparency throughout the planning process. Required Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in data analysis and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Analytical Expertise: Knowledge of informatics, data analysis, and management consulting – specifically in a quantitative or data-heavy role. Compensation and Benefits We recognize that talented people deserve competitive compensation. The hiring range for this position in California is $77,300 to $103,600 annually, and in New York is $81,000 to $108,500 annually, based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the applicant's geographic location, work-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
