Assistant Store Manager

In this role, the Store Manager will be leading the retail team at a specific retail store and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, with communication being at the forefront of team building. You will oversee sales, security, compliance, reporting, and cash management procedures related to operating the retail store. Qualifications Experience in retail management with a focus on driving store performance and achieving KPIs. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service. Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Assistant Managers and Regional Managers. Proficiency in using POS systems, METRC, and inventory control systems for efficient operations. Capability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports to enhance store performance. Experience in handling customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty retention.
