The hotel offers spacious guestrooms and suites, the exclusive Horizon Club, world-class restaurants and bars, top-of-the-line recreational facilities, complimentary broadband and Wi‑Fi Internet access, and premiere function rooms. Role Overview As an Executive Pastry Chef , you are responsible for driving excellence, innovation, and consistency across all pastry, bakery, chocolate, and dessert production throughout the hotel, including restaurants, banquets, retail, amenities, and special events. This role combines artistry with commercial discipline, ensuring world‑class product quality while delivering strong financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead all pastry, bakery, chocolate, and dessert production across outlets, banquets, retail, and in-room amenities, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Develop and execute modern, seasonal, and signature dessert concepts aligned with the hotel’s culinary identity and market positioning. Implement standardized recipes, yield controls, and efficient production planning to support operations and cost management. Oversee food safety, hygiene compliance, inventory control, and cost discipline across pastry operations. Build, train, and lead a high‑performing pastry team through mentoring, performance management, and succession planning. Collaborate with culinary leadership, banquets, and commercial teams to support events, promotions, and revenue growth. Qualifications Proven executive pastry chef or senior pastry leadership experience in luxury or 5‑star environments. Position will be on local package. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams with a hands‑on, inspirational leadership style. Advanced technical mastery in pastry, bakery, and chocolate and strong track record in menu development and contemporary dessert creation. Experience supporting new outlet openings or major concept refreshes is highly desirable. Commercially minded with solid understanding of cost control and operational efficiencies. Deep knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety compliance. Excellent communication, training, and administrative skills. Passionate about continuous learning, actively sourcing inspiration from modern pastry movements, global chefs, competitions, and digital platforms.
