Elevance Health is seeking a Crisis & Referral Specialist to screen and assess callers, provide brief telephonic interventions, and escalate risk using established protocols. The role requires residing in Nevada and performing duties in a virtual, full-time capacity with scheduled in-person trainings as needed. The position supports a 24/7 helpline with diverse shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training will be conducted Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm PST for 4 weeks, with hybrid/onsite onboarding #J-18808-Ljbffr Elevance Health
