This role involves critical decision-making and patient observation. The position may require floating to different facilities as needed. Candidates must possess advanced care skills and be certified in ACLS and PALS. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key traits for this position. Successful candidates will be prepared to handle a variety of clinical challenges.
