Job Overview

Justice Resource Institute (JRI) is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Part‑time) for our GRIP program, an intensive group home serving transitional‑age youth (16-22) with histories of complex trauma, mental health challenges, and behavioral difficulties.

8 to 16 hours per month

Compensation

Consultant Fee Range: $250.00 to $300.00 per hour. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the trauma‑informed psychiatric management of transitional‑aged youth coping with complex mental health challenges.

• Complex diagnostic assessment
• Psychopharmacological management
• Team guidance and consultation

Multidisciplinary team collaboration is integral to this position. Psychiatric services are provided on‑site.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with transitional‑age youth who have acute or complex psychiatric presentations.
• Completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from an accredited program.
• Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Hold or be eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Driver’s license.
