Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Hudson, FL
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary Range: $33 – $46 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus

• Up to $10,000 – Day Shift
• Up to $15,000 – Night Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including test results and clinical documentation
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes in status
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver quality care
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, policies, and patient safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact RN license
  • Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days of hire
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• BSN preferred
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience REQUIRED
• Strong acute care experience REQUIRED
• Experience in one or more of the following preferred:
  • Medical ICU (MICU)
  • Surgical ICU (SICU)
  • Cardiovascular Stepdown/ICU (CSU)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care
