Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday | No call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple Med/Surg units as part of a float pool
• Monitor and manage patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania (PA) Registered Nurse license required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Experience with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience
