TRC is hiring for Assembler to join our clients Assembly Team in Suwanee, GA!

Pay Range: $17.26/hrly.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st Shift 6 AM2:30 PM
Location: On-site in Suwanee, GA

About the Work Environment

• Youll be part of a modern, climate-controlled production facility that manufactures high-quality power and energy systems for industrial applications.

• The environment is clean, organized, and focused on teamwork, precision, and safety.

• Assemblers work closely with engineers and production leads, using tools and diagrams to assemble electrical and mechanical components that meet exact specifications.

• Standing for most of the shift, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints or work instructions, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

What Youll Do

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications

• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools to complete builds accurately and efficiently

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards

• Identify and report defects or issues in parts or assembly steps

• Follow detailed written instructions, diagrams, and work orders

• Support production goals by ensuring tasks are completed on schedule

What Were Looking For

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (mechanical or electrical preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or wiring diagrams

• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and small power equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Team-oriented attitude with good communication and dependability

• High school diploma or equivalent required
