Senior Design Director

I'm partnering with an established packaging manufacturer to identify a Senior Director of Design Engineering to lead a multi-site engineering organization focused on product design, tooling, and innovation. What You'll Be Doing Lead and develop a multi-site design engineering team Drive product design, tooling, and commercialization efforts Standardize engineering processes and improve execution Partner with operations, tooling, sales, and project teams Mentor engineers and build the next generation of leaders Champion innovation and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Engineering leadership experience in thermoforming and/or injection molding Strong background in product design, tooling, and new product development Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field Approximately 25% travel Why This Opportunity?
