Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group in Miami, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Duties Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions. Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services. Requirements One to five years of structured finance experience. Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred. Strong work ethic, maturity, and effective communication skills. Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant state.
