Position Overview:

We are looking for an office representative to join our amazing team! We are a small, friendly, insurance office consisting of only 4 of us. We pride ourselves on being a family type atmosphere where everyone looks out for each other and helps each other out. We are a very flexible office if situations arise where you need flexibility (this can be talked about in more detail at the interview). We look forward to meeting you!

  Responsibilities:

Typical office activities include but are not limited to:

• Providing timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to all customers daily
• Providing information about insurance products and services.
• Assisting customers with policy applications and changes, renewals and reviews. 
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of every single customer interaction.
• Helping with other office tasks daily as needed. 
• Casual, friendly atmosphere requires inherent desire to provide excellent customer service while also providing quotes and selling policies as needed and appropriate for clients. We are looking for customer service first, NOT a sales-driven attitude that ignores client needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed in Property and Casualty (if you currently have your license that would be wonderful, but if you don’t, we are willing to work with you on obtaining it).
• Being on time and ready to work during work hours
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well with team members 
• Exceptional customer service 
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Pay- $35k-80k yearly depending on if you are licensed and your experience level

Hours- in office (no remote work)- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch-unpaid)- 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
