Join Our Fun and Fast-Paced Team! Griggsby Station is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our valued guests. You'll work alongside a friendly crew in a clean and energetic kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation during peak hours. Line cook responsibilities Prepare food according to recipes and maintain consistent quality standards. Operate various cooking equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens. Stock and maintain your work area, keeping ingredients fresh and organized. Ensure food safety and sanitation by following all company guidelines. Plate orders according to kitchen standards. Clean and sanitize equipment and work surfaces at the end of your shift. Communicate effectively with teammates to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen flow. Line cook qualifications Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen environment (preferred but not required). Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
