We are an Oncology/Hematology practice looking for a Full-time Nurse for the Rock hill, SC and Lancaster, SC location. This is a great position to learn and grow. On the job training offered. No prior Chemo infusion experience although preferred, not necessary. This position will be great for recent graduates

Essential Functions

• Implements identified treatment plan and coordinates all aspects of care delivery
• Obtain vitals, Access Ports, provide chemotherapy and immuno-therapies to patients in our infusion center located within the office.
• Mixes Chemotherapeutic agents as needed.
• Provides education and counseling to patient and family members regarding identified health needs, health care activities, immunization requirements, medication effects and contraindications.
• Meets specific clinical needs of oncology and infusion patients by using knowledge and expertise.
• Recognizes medication mid solution incompatibilities and factors affecting stability.
• Ensures that all pertinent clinical information is documented in the patient's medical record and supports the level of service selected.

Physical Requirements
Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing and pulling.

Experience:
Oncology Experience preferred but not required. Must be Registered in the state of South Carolina. Must be Flexible, and team player to join our wonderful team.
