WE WANT YOU! We want real people who bring their authenticity and exceptional work ethic to our team. Summary describes menu and daily specials takes orders, serves food, and makes sure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals. Responsible for coordinating their entire station and communicating front- and back-of-house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. Processes guest orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. Observes diners to ensure they are satisfied with food and service, respond to additional requests, and determine when the meal has been completed. Processes payment at the end of their experience. Stocks, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile within 30 seconds
• Be a salesperson, not just an order taker
• Take ownership of section, ensuring section is always 100% ready
• Learn and utilize Toast POS and reservation/waitlist systems
• Develop relationships with guests to create repeat diners

Qualifications

• At least one year of serving experience
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to upsell

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
