Platform Implementation Manager Opportunity in New York, NY

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional collaboration at our corporate hub in the bustling city of New York, NY.

About the Role

As a Platform Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch onboarding experiences for our SMB merchants. You will act as the "quarterback" for merchants, ensuring a seamless transition to our DoorDash Commerce Platform products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Coordinating with sales and account management teams to set merchants up for success.
Managing the implementation of online ordering, mobile apps, and loyalty programs.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing operational support.
Educating merchants on our products and gathering feedback.
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and merchant success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with a curiosity to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferences

Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors.
Previous experience with POS systems like Toast, Square, or Clover.
