The Role As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for growing the Kaizen community through relationship-driven sales. The Sales Coordinator will create an elevated experience that inspires performance, builds community, and promotes lasting wellness. You don’t sell memberships—you guide people into a better version of themselves through connection, trust, and experience. This role blends service, communication, and performance-based sales reflecting the Kaizen commitment to continuous improvement, exceptional service, and meaningful human connection. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Membership with Events & Program coordination. Guide prospective members through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding. Manage Front Desk responsibilities providing a high level of customer service and foster exceptional experience for members and colleagues. Conduct meaningful conversations to uncover each individual's "why" and align their experience with their goals. • Build trust and strong relationships with prospected members. • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective members and effectively manage the sales pipeline. • Drive membership growth by consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales goals. • Collaborate with Membership Director on strategy. • Represent Kaizen culture and standards at all times. • Ownership over KPIs that are built out for visibility into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly metrics. Qualifications • 2 years in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to build relationships • High level of organization and follow-up discipline • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Passion for fitness, wellness, and personal growth Compensation Structure Compensation for this role includes - base pay + commission on membership sales & monthly/quarterly bonus. Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
