Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Wayne, MI. This role involves providing quality in-home care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate client records and document care provided
- Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Pass necessary background checks
- Competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
