Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose, CA Clinic Address: 3097 Moorpark Ave., Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on personalized, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehab. Salary: $85,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Salary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced clinical team
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
• Utilize a modern EMR system for documentation and compliance
• Follow all federal, state, and insurance regulations

Services Provided:

• Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
• Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
• Pre- and post-operative rehab
• Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
• Acute and chronic condition management
• Specialty practice services

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
