Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant \n Discipline: Therapy \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 8 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Home Health PTA - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas \n - Start Date: ASAP \n - Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*) \n - Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) \n - Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience \n - First-Timers Accepted: Yes \n - Weekend REQ: No \n - Certs REQ: BCLS \n - Is On-Call REQ?: No \n - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No \n - Open to accommodating block schedule?: No \n - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50-75 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate \n - Pending License Accepted: Yes \n - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager \n - Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks) \n Special Requirements \n - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. \n - System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
