Restaurant District Manager

Our long-standing successful international fast-casual chain is seeking to add a Restaurant District Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of QSR/Fast Food senior-level management skills, the natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and proven financial results. This position is open to relocation for the role. Serious inquiries only, please.

Responsibilities

Lead up to 6 General Managers toward further operational and financial success
Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization
Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
Responsible for all financial implications for designated territory
Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities

Qualifications

3+ years in a multi-unit management position with a leading Fast Food/QSR company
Impeccable tenure, including progressive career experience and stable work history
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
Responsibility for running around 6 restaurants while overseeing multiple General Managers
