Analyst or Associate, Investment Banking On‑Site, Permanent, Full‑Time. Salary: $115,000 – $200,000 per year. Location: New York. The role focuses on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure sector with an emphasis on Renewables. Select Responsibilities Preparing presentation materials to support client capital decision‑making. Providing support in the execution of M&A transactions. Evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients, including building complex financial models and performing valuation analysis. Conducting industry and company research and analysis. Supporting deal teams with transaction structuring, advisory and financing mandates, while progressively taking on greater responsibility. Assisting senior team members in deal execution and client coverage. Basic Requirements Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, accounting or related field. At least 1 year of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, equity research, or capital markets for Associate level. Knowledge of fundamental financial theory, accounting, and capital markets. Prior investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance experience preferred. Experience or knowledge of the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors valued. Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong problem‑solving mindset, collaborative approach, and team spirit. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships.
