These positions will provide direct patient care in a residential and long-term care healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent direct patient care experience, an active and unrestricted RN license, and the ability to work scheduled night and weekend shifts.This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking consistent, full-time hours on a long-term assignment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patientsAssess and monitor patient conditions and document changes appropriatelyAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established proceduresDevelop, implement, and update patient care plansMonitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatmentMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providersCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare teamFollow established infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical proceduresRespond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situationsMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirementsPerform other nursing duties within the RN scope of practice as requiredMinimum QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum of one (1) year of recent direct patient care experienceCurrent required nursing certificationsAbility to successfully complete required credentialing, background screening, and onboarding requirementsAbility to work 8-hour night and weekend shiftsAbility to maintain a consistent 40-hour-per-week scheduleStrong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skillsCandidates selected to move forward will be required to provide documentation of their RN license and applicable certifications during the credentialing process.ScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
