The driver will safely operate trucks with a GVWR of 10,00026,000 pounds, perform daily inspections, load/unload freight, and ensure timely delivery./ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliOperate medium-duty vehicles (Box truck, flat bed, cargo van, pickup truck) to deliver goods, equipment, or materials locally./liliConduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (e.g., brakes, lights, oil) to ensure safety and compliance with CA regulations./liliManually load/unload or operate forklifts/pallet jacks to move cargo, ensuring loads are secured./liliMaintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and cargo paperwork./liliAdhere to all California highway safety laws and company safety procedures, including wearing required PPE./liliAdditional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned, as needed/li/ulh2Minimum Qualifications/h2ulliHigh school diploma or GED is required, in addition to at least 2 years of experience in a similar role./liliValid California Class C drivers license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle as needed for local material transport./liliMust be able to sit for long periods, stand, walk, and lift/carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) regularly./li/ulh2Preferred Skills and Experience/h2ulliAssociates degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related field./li/ulpCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
