We strive to meet the changing needs of our customers, as well as aim to provide an atmosphere that encourages employee teamwork, integrity and excellence.Stevens Point Auto Center offers the following benefits:Medical and Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401k PlanPaid Training – both online and in-store training programsEmployee discounts on products and servicesCompetitive Wages – Above average industryGrowth OpportunitiesHoliday Parties & other celebrationsCompany cookouts and gamesFamily owned and operatedA company heavily involved in giving back to the communityResponsibilitiesOversee the parts sales process from start to finishCommunicate with customer on parts statusCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationReviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.Provides high level service to internal and external customers.Pull and fills orders from stockMaintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.Notifies the Parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair ordersReceive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorizationSet up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-upQualificationsHave a High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Ford Parts experience a plusAble to work in a fast-paced work environmentHave strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.We are an equal opportunity employer.
