Customer Service Associate
Outstanding opportunity for customer service/marketing oriented person. Position is for 4-5 months starting in early November.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience dealing directly with customers.
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred, with a strong emphasis on personalized service, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Proficient in Word, Canva, and PowerPoint plus strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
DUTIES:
Customer Service and Communication
- Welcome Packages for new tenants.
- Tenant correspondence on events and activities.
Event Planning
- Help organize monthly events.
- Keep record of all event attendance, and feedback.
Marketing Materials
- Assist with organizing and distributing a monthly newsletter.
- Manage website.
- Create and distribute news and events.
- Design flyers and graphics for upcoming events/promotions.
