Requirements For The Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech Be a minimum of 18 years of age Have a high school diploma or GED, or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire Possess a current, valid PA State Driver's License and reliable transportation Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members If you are already a Med Tech, you must provide proof of training and recent competency testing.
