We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electrical control panels , enclosures, and related components while following electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions. Candidates must have previous electrical assembly or panel shop experience and hold a current IPC certification .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics , wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Assemble electrical panels , enclosures, and sub-assemblies
- Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring
- Install electrical components including terminals, relays, switches, breakers, and other devices
- Perform soldering, crimping, and wire termination as required
- Drill, mount, and fasten components to panels and enclosures
- Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or panel shop environment
- Current IPC Certification required (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or equivalent)
- Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Soldering experience preferred
- Experience with wire routing, crimping, and electrical terminations
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Valid Driver's License required
