Our organization is excited to present remarkable opportunities for Generalist OB-GYN professionals within a dynamic, physician-led healthcare system. The OB-GYN team at our facility comprises a committed group of 42 OB-GYNs and 27 APPs/CNMs, delivering comprehensive care in outpatient environments, conducting gynecologic surgeries, and assisting in the delivery of around 4,100 babies each year across our network of hospitals. Physicians benefit from a practice-oriented setting that emphasizes continuity of care, with 24/7 support from our skilled OBGYN Hospitalist team. Outpatient Locations Available in Central Florida:

• Buena Ventura Lakes and Hunters Creek - bilingual in Spanish required
• Winter Park, Reunion, Lee Vista, Mineola, Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, Osceola, Horizon West
• Additional locations will be added as we expand!

Practice Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with operating room time included. Part-time options are available (3-day workweek).
• Call Support: Enjoy your nights, weekends, and holidays off, thanks to our 24/7 OBGYN Hospitalist team. Minimal call is anticipated for our Generalist OBGYN team.
• Hospital Coverage: Coverage at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, South Lake Hospital, or Lake Mary Hospital, depending on clinic location.
• Team Support: Medical Assistants, front office personnel, and APP/CNM support will be available once established.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary for Year 1: $350K
• Signing Bonus: $75K
• Quality Bonus and Productivity Incentives
• Annual CME Stipend: $5,750

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency program
• Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA registration
