Job Opportunity – Diagnostic Radiology (Teleradiology) – Oregon

Compensation: Per RVU – details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 11am–8pm or 12pm–8pm (with lunch break), 4 weeks per month; ongoing long-term opportunity

Highlights:

• Remote emergency department coverage with inpatient overflow support
• Average volume of 45–50 studies per shift with opportunity for additional reads based on skillset
• Case mix includes plain film, CT, and ultrasound; emergent MRI limited to brain exams
• Teaching hospital environment with Level III trauma designation
• Dedicated CT scanner for emergency department use
• Sectra PACS and Fluency voice recognition; workstation provided by facility

Requirements:

• Board certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) required
• Fellowship training not required
• Must provide previous 24 months of case logs for credentialing
• Oregon state medical license (facility will assist with licensing if not currently held)
• Turnaround time expectation: 30 minutes for emergency department exams
• Candidates age 65 and older must complete a physical and mental competency examination per facility bylaws
