Regional Specialty Account Executive - Field

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Regional Specialty Account Executive to join a respected Specialty Infusion company to focus on building relationships with specialty doctors and healthcare providers to generate referrals for infusion therapies in Chicago, IL!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Days

Compensation Notes:

$120K - $140K base + uncapped commission

Daily Responsibilities for the Regional Specialty Account Executive:

Drive growth of specialty therapies within an assigned territory by building and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources such as specialty providers, health systems, and other healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for meeting performance targets related to patient admissions, revenue generation, and margin contribution across key therapy areas, including immune therapies, chronic inflammatory treatments, and other designated specialty products.

Required Qualifications for the Regional Specialty Account Executive:

2-4 years of healthcare specialty sales experience
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians and healthcare providers as primary call points.
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, reimbursement dynamics, and specialty therapy management
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
