We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Care Group Leader to join our team in Ocean, NJ.

The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a part-time Child Care Group Leader to join our childcare team in Ocean, NJ.
The Role:
This role involves planning and implementing engaging activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting each child's unique developmental needs.
The Group Leader will oversee daily classroom activities, guide assistants, and ensure progress toward developmental goals. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, maintaining records, communicating with families, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team.
RequirementsCandidates must have a high school diploma (CDA or teaching certification preferred) and experience working with young children, including those with special needs.
