Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. Your level of involvement will vary from event to event, ranging from hands-on project management to high-level advisory support. Responsibilities include guiding teams on effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise, and providing oversight of the budget across the portfolio of meetings. You’ll be part of our Optimize Events team in one of our locations in North America. Our Optimize Events team's purpose is to deliver a range of solutions for McKinsey's in-person meetings and events, that enable purposeful, responsible, and collaborative experiences to achieve the objectives of both McKinsey and event attendees. Your work will play a vital role in fostering collaboration across our client events, enabling diverse stakeholders to engage, exchange insights, and work collectively to address shared business challenges. By facilitating these connections, you will help drive meaningful progress toward regional and firm objectives, while creating opportunities for impactful engagement and partnership on a regional scale. Your work will involve travel and there is an expectation to attend key planning site visits and scheduled events as needed.
