We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator professional to join our team. This role requires proficiency in various office management software, and strong communication skills. Ensuring efficient onboarding of new items into the system, manages vendor rebate programs, and supports seamless procurement operations.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and validate product details, supplier information, and rebate eligibility in procurement systems. Ensure integration with inventory and purchasing catalogs.
• Capture rebate agreements, track qualifying transactions, calculate rebate amounts, and generate claim reports for review and approval.
• Maintain centralized data input, reduce errors, automate rebate calculations, and provide actionable procurement insights.
• Coordinate between buyers, finance, suppliers, and internal teams to support decision-making and strategic purchasing initiatives.
