Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.

Start Date: 06/29/2026, End Date: 09/28/2026, Duration: 13 weeks.

Call Required: Rotating on call, 2 call teams during the week, 1 call team on weekends for 24 hours. Call needs to be covered if RTO lands on call day.

Required Experience: 2 years. 1st time travelers accepted. Required License: WI/Compact. Required Certifications: BLS. Locals accepted at a lower bill rate.

Special Equipment: DaVinci Xi- 3 of them, Hana Tables, Globus Excelsius GPS Robot, CORI Robot, Aquablation, Pro Axis table, Jackson tables.

Travel Compliance: SSN required upon submission, DOB required upon submission, RTO required upon submission, badge photo (passport style) required within 24 hrs. of acceptance. Please try to submit to one need per facility. PENDING Wisconsin/ compact license ACCEPTED (must get during compliance). BLS & ACLS required IN HAND, Pending NIHSS cert ACCEPTED (must get during compliance). 50 mile radius for locals. 2 Supervisor References Required after offer. RNs: ICU/IMCU/Med Surg/ED/Birthing will need one reference from their most recent assignment or perm position. Locals accepted at lower BR. Please highlight if your traveler is local. Epic experience preferred. Bill rates are firm. Background hits will be accepted on a case by case basis. Return Staff Policy must be gone 1 yr to return as traveler. Latex Allergy Note: Froedtert cannot accommodate Latex allergies. Travel Pairs accepted. Modules: Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation, average 3-4 hours. Modules are recorded via facility report.
